A vibrant cricketer who left all of us too early - Disal Jayawardene

Each & every cricket fan from all around the world knows well about Mahela Jayawardene.

Mahela was a batting artist and was a treat to watch when he is in full flow.

But most of those fans who loves Mahela doesn't know anything about Mahela's younger brother Disal Jayawardene & his  abilities.

Disal was a flamboyant left hand batsman who played cricket up to u15 level in Nalanda College - Colombo while his brother is leading the first xi team in the same school.

According to the school coaches and many cricket analysts Disal was a better batsman than Mahela at that time.

Even they predicted that Disal will play at the national level before Mahela.

Sadly Disal was passed away at the age of 16 due to a brain cancer and still his big brother Mahela cannot control his emotions when someone is recalling memories about Disal.
